Bristol Health is participating in the national effort to get as many people vaccinated as quickly as possible. We are following all federal and state guidelines in vaccination priorities. You must make an appointment to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
Bristol Health is aware of the Emergency Use Authorization and waiting for additional guidance from the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. We are working with local and state partners to figure out logistics. At this time, we are not offering booster shots.

Per State of Connecticut guidelines, all individuals 12 years of age and older are currently eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. At the time of the vaccine appointment, minors (ages 12-17) should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to consent to the vaccine.

Which Vaccines Does Bristol Health Offer?
Bristol Health is offering the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Minors aged 12 and 17 need to receive the Pfizer vaccine.
Making a Vaccine Appointment
Appointments are required for the COVID Vaccine Clinic and can be made by phone or online. When making an appointment for someone who is 12 or 17 years old, please note the type of vaccine being offered when selecting your appointment date to ensure that the minor receives the Pfizer vaccine.
