At the heart of excellence is comfort and a sense of confidence. Comfort in being close to family and friends in familiar surroundings and comfort in attractive and inviting accommodations. Confidence in the doctors, therapists and staff who are available to meet all medical, social and emotional needs of patients who require rehab services before returning home.
For those reasons, and many more, Ingraham Manor, whether it’s short-term rehabilitation or long-term care, is the best choice you can make. Our highly-rated, award-winning facility uniquely tailors your care to truly enhance your overall quality of life and improve your physical function.
Visitation
Effective 1/22/2022 through 2/15/22 all visitors will need to show proof that they are up to date with their covid vaccinations. This means all the vaccines in a series plus the booster if eligible or proof of a negative covid test. The testing requirement is a negative antigen within 48 hours or a negative pcr within 72 hours.
Proof of vaccination or negative test can be paper or electronic. Electronic proof can be emailed to nschmidt@bristolhospital.org. Paper proof will be copied upon entry to the facility.
If you are unable to get a negative covid test, the facility may provide you with a test for you to complete independently. If you are going to use the facilities test you must return to your car to test and then return once the test is completed. A picture of the result should be shown to the receptionist as well as emailed to Noreen.
Unfortunately, due to this new guidance the front door will again be locked at all times to ensure a staff member is able verify compliance with the vaccine/testing requirements. We anticipate unlocking doors after February 15, 2022.
If you are able to send a copy of your vaccine card ahead of time, please email Noreen and will be filed accordingly.
