Our complete orthopedic program, led by board-certified and fellowship-trained surgeons and orthopedic specialists treat your musculoskletal conditions, including your bones, joints, ligaments, tendons and and muscles, as well as provide care to more effectively manage your pain through both surgical and non-surgical treatments.

Our integrated program brings together general orthopedics, joint replacement, pain management, physiatry, podicatry, rehabilitation, spine health and sports medicine all under one roof. The Musculoskeletal Center, located inside the state-of-the-art Medical Care Center at 15 Riverside Avenue, Bristol.

Our Orthopedic program has been issued the Gold Seal of Approval for Hip and Knee Replacment Certification from the Joint Commmission - the nation's foremost credentialing agency for hospitals and healthcare organizations. Bristol Hospital has also received 5 consecutive straight 'A's for patient safety from the Leapfrog Group, achieved the highest standards in nursing (Magnet) and was the first in Connecticut to achieve Silver Recognition by the Excellence North Alliance.
